Job summary

JPS Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional teams and set architectural direction, with hands‑on expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and Agentic AI.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, production‑ready AI applications, drive end‑to‑end delivery, and establish best practices for code

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, or related experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python and AI frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG approaches.
• Experience with AI Agents and multi‑agent workflows.
• Understanding NLP and designing LLM‑based applications.
• Proven ability to lead/mentor AI/ML teams and define architecture.
• Familiarity with SDLC, testing, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced AI Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and Agentic AI, along with experience leading AI development teams and defining technical architecture.

The AI Tech Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable and production‑ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of AI/ML developers and engineers.
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and development standards for AI solutions.
• Design and develop AI applications using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions.
• Design and implement LLM‑powered applications, AI agents, and multi‑agent workflows.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources, APIs, knowledge bases, and databases.
• Apply NLP and knowledge graph concepts to build intelligent AI solutions.
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical designs.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools and drive continuous innovation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands‑on technical leadership.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, reliability, performance, and maintainability standards.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, or related experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python.
• Strong expertise in LangChain.
• Strong expertise in LangGraph.
• Extensive experience with RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation).
• Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience designing and developing LLM‑based applications.
• Experience with multi‑agent systems and AI workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AI solution architecture and development best practices.
• Experience leading or mentoring AI/ML development teams.
• Experience with software development lifecycle, code quality, testing, and deployment practices.

Good to Have

• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and GraphDB/Knowledge Graphs.
• Experience with automated decision‑making systems.
