Job summary

IBM is seeking a student for an AI Technical Co‑op in North Carolina. You will specialize in computer science, software development, and data science to help IBM partners deploy and adopt IBM software, with a focus on watsonx offerings.

You will work closely with partners, product managers, and development teams to understand business requirements and implement enterprise solutions. You will design architectures, build MVPs, and demonstrate IBM solutions as a product SME while developing

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled university student with ≤1 year of professional work experience.
• Proficiency in Python and open‑source frameworks.
• Familiar with IBM watsonx offerings and AI software portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Understand partner technical needs and establish credibility as a technical expert for migration and adoption of IBM AI and Hybrid Cloud offerings.
• Code/build MVPs using Python and IBM/Open‑source tools; create demos for partners.
• Lead technical conversations to persuade partners based on requirements and value.
• Install, develop, train, deploy, and run IBM AI technologies in partner environments.
• Contribute to use case exploration and client value realization models.
