Indiana Tech invites applications for an AI Faculty Strategist to lead AI pedagogy and instructional innovation across curricula. Reporting to the Executive Director of the AI Institute, you will serve as the primary faculty consultant for AI integration and help faculty build the knowledge, confidence, and judgment to effectively teach AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of higher-education teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in higher education.
• Record of instructional innovation and using emerging educational technologies in programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage faculty from diverse disciplines.
• Strong consultation, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Experience designing and delivering faculty development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead faculty-facing initiative for AI pedagogy within the curriculum.
• Provide individual consultations and mentor faculty participating in AI innovation initiatives.
• Develop workshops, seminars, communities of practice focused on AI in higher education.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Design team and AI Integration; work with deans and instructional designers.
• Represent Indiana Tech’s AI efforts at institutional, regional, and national conferences.
