Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, a leading radiopharmaceutical company, seeks a technically skilled professional to design, develop, and implement AI-enabled applications and tools across enterprise systems. You will participate in rapid development cycles, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with IT, Process Excellence, and end users to drive cross-functional impact.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with at least 6 years’ experience building full-stack

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and lead business process re-engineering efforts using systems engineering and lean practices, including kaizen, continuous improvement cycles, risk management, process mapping and cross-domain functional architecture design.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled applications and tools based on defined requirements - collaborating heavily with Process Excellence, SME, End User, and IT teams.
  • Lead rapid development cycles and guide junior developers and interns in building applications using AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Evaluate and implement AI development tools, frameworks, and workflows to improve speed and quality of development. Manage development standards including version control, testing and deployment approaches, and documentation practices.
  • Define system architectures including data models, APIs, front-end/back-end structures, and AI/LLM integrations. Serve as primary interface to IT for our process re-engineering and solutions-focused team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field + 6 years experience minimum. Strong experience building full-stack applications, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions for enterprise business systems.
