Job summary

Oracle is seeking an AI Systems Engineer to evaluate next-generation GPU and AI accelerator platforms for OCI. You will bring up hardware platforms, enable AI training and inference stacks, run workloads, and analyze system performance in lab conditions.

The role emphasizes comparative architecture analysis across GPUs and accelerators, with close collaboration to shape Oracle's high-performance AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience developing software infrastructure for large-scale AI systems.
• Experience with AI/gpu platforms architecture and modern server platforms.
• Strong debugging and profiling skills across hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Debug hardware-software integration issues, including vLLM compilation on ROCm and CUDA memory management.
• Profile training workloads and runtime performance to remove bottlenecks.
• Conduct comparative architecture analysis across GPUs and AI accelerators.
• Translate performance findings into actionable recommendations for AI workloads.
