Job summary

Prairie Consulting Services seeks a Senior Integration Engineer to design, build, and support secure integrations between Digital Coworkers, AI platforms, enterprise apps, APIs, and data sources.

You will work on APIs, services, connectors, and integrations and build reusable patterns for AI agents and workflows, while ensuring secure data handling and auditability across systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in integration, software, platform, or cloud engineering.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integrations.
• Production support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and root cause analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, data protection, and auditability.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support APIs, services, connectors, and integrations.
• Build reusable integration patterns for AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Support RAG and enterprise knowledge integrations across structured and unstructured data.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support incident resolution.

Must Have

Preferred

• Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and agent workflows.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, SharePoint, or ServiceNow integrations.
• Financial services or other regulated enterprise experience.

Key Technical Skills
