Job summary
FHLBC is offering a Summer Intern position to support AI, automation, and digital transformation within the Bank's Information Technology teams. You will gain hands-on experience with generative AI, intelligent automation, data analytics, AI governance, and enterprise productivity tools.
You'll help design, test, and evaluate AI-enabled solutions, assist with pilot programs and governance, and contribute to user enablement and training.
Qualifications
- Enrolled at an accredited four-year institution; junior status required.
- GPA of at least 3.0; good academic standing.
- Desired fields: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or other technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Assist with design, testing, and evaluation of AI-enabled solutions and digital assistants.
- Support configuration of AI agents using enterprise AI platforms.
- Research emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
- Participate in pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives focused on AI and automation.
- Help evaluate business use cases and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI.
- Analyze AI adoption metrics and create reports/dashboards measuring impact.
- Assist with data collection, cleansing, and analysis supporting technology projects.
- Document AI governance processes, standards, and controls.
- Create educational materials and training resources for users.
