AI Strategy & Process Manager – Remote (Long-Term)
At iSphere, we’re not just chasing buzzwords. We’re helping enterprises figure out how to actually make AI work for them — responsibly, practically, and profitably. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an AI Strategy & Process Manager who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and day-to-day business value. This role isn’t about building models from scratch — it’s about taking the promise of AI and weaving it into the fabric of enterprise processes, workflows, and decision-making. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and innovation, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do
Set the AI roadmap: Identify and prioritize AI opportunities that align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
Drive business integration: Build frameworks that let AI live seamlessly inside existing workflows — not in a silo.
Establish AI process frameworks: From idea to pilot to enterprise scale, define standards for governance, validation, ethical use, and ongoing improvement.
Partner across the enterprise: Work with stakeholders from HR to IT to Data Science to ensure solutions stick.
Prove the value: Define metrics, track ROI, and continuously optimize to make sure AI delivers results — not just headlines.
Enable adoption: Guide change management, craft playbooks, and design training that helps people embrace AI, not resist it.
Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor AI trends and advise on where and how to apply them responsibly.
What You Bring
Proven experience driving AI adoption at the enterprise level — focused on strategy and integration, not just technical development.
Strong background in process frameworks (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), applied specifically to AI/ML lifecycles.
Ability to translate AI concepts into business impact — clear, practical, and measurable.
Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience managing large-scale technology or data initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills — equally effective with technical teams and business leaders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Technology Management, Information Systems, or related field.
