Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in consulting, product delivery, technology transformation, analytics, or AI-enabled solution delivery.
• 3+ years with pharmaceutical/biotech/medical technology life sciences organizations.
• Experience managing workstreams/projects from discovery through implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex problems.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading analyses, developing recommendations, and presenting to business audiences.
• Experience coaching or guiding team members.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, analytics, data platforms, and modern delivery approaches.
• Understanding of privacy, security, regulatory, and responsible AI considerations.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Willing to travel 30-40% to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams within AI strategy and solution-delivery engagements.
• Manage day-to-day project activities including planning, coordination, issue resolution, status tracking, dependencies, and reporting.
• Apply life sciences knowledge to support analyses, solution development, and adoption activities.
• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions, plans, and workflows.
• Supervise and develop consultants and analysts, providing guidance and feedback.
• Review analyses and client deliverables for quality and alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on priorities and decisions.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with delivery teams.
• Create client-ready materials and executive updates.
• Develop and refine methodologies and reusable content for delivery assets.
• Support business development activities and account growth.
