• Build dashboards, models, and reports that clearly communicate AI-generated insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the team's AI roadmap by researching emerging technologies, benchmarking industry trends, and proposing new AI use cases.
• Support the integration of AI tools into existing workflows and help teams adopt and scale new technologies.
• Stay current on developments in generative AI, machine learning, and data analytics and bring new ideas and potential applications to the organization.

The AI Strategy Innovation Analyst role supports Lenovo's North America Customer Excellence Center (CEC) by exploring how emerging artificial intelligence technologies can drive smarter decisions, stronger customer outcomes, and next‑generation business strategies.
