Role Overview: As part of our Artificial Intelligence and Data team, you will develop scalable AI systems, enhance data pipelines, and collaborate with professionals to deliver impactful analytics solutions. Your work will involve research, building, and implementing AI models, including Generative AI/LLMs, tailored to healthcare challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workstream delivery and project management.
• Innovate process improvements through research and analysis.
• Manage teams and oversee complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and manage project lifecycles.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6-10 years in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• 2-4 years managing technical teams.
• At least 2 years of healthcare domain experience with AI solutions.
• Strong Python skills and experience with Generative AI models and frameworks.
• Experience with ML packages like scikit-learn, Pytorch, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and software engineering best practices.

Preferred Attributes: Deep understanding of AI/ML workflows, data architecture, and excellent communication skills. Additional skills in languages beyond Python, data visualization, and experience managing complex projects are a plus.
