Job Overview

We are seeking a Manager in AI Strategy & Design for the Healthcare Sector to join our consulting team at EY. This role involves working closely with clients to develop innovative AI solutions tailored to healthcare challenges. You will lead projects, manage teams, and contribute to the advancement of AI strategies within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI and data science solutions for healthcare clients.
• Manage and mentor technical teams working on AI projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI technologies and trends, especially in healthcare.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable AI solutions that meet client requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6-10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• 2-4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare domain, developing AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Generative AI models and frameworks.
• Experience with ML packages like scikit-learn, Pytorch, and ONNX.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, MLOps platforms, and cloud computing.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with additional programming languages and fine-tuning Generative AI models.
• Strong collaborative and leadership skills.
