About the Role

Our Artificial Intelligence and Data team applies cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions for healthcare clients. You will collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement scalable data science solutions, including Generative AI / LLM capabilities, to address complex healthcare challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to develop and deploy advanced data science and AI solutions, including Generative AI models.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable ML models and pipelines across cloud platforms.
• Guide and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices in data engineering and model deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6-10 years in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• 2-4 years managing technical teams.
• At least 2 years of healthcare domain experience developing AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like Pytorch, scikit-learn, and open-source LLMs.
• Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps), MLOps platforms (MLFlow), and cloud deployment.

Additional Skills

• Strong mathematical skills and data manipulation expertise.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with additional programming languages like R, Java, or C++.
• Expertise in fine-tuning Generative AI models.
