Our Artificial Intelligence and Data team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You’ll work closely with clients and diverse EY teams to create well-rounded approaches to advising and solving challenging problems, some of which are unprecedented. Your Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with various clients to deliver state-of-the-art data science and big data technologies, including Generative AI / LLM capabilities. Your teams will design and develop scalable solutions for healthcare clients that unify, enrich, and generate insights from diverse data sources across broad technological landscapes. You will guide clients through the complexities of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering, ensuring solutions are properly engineered and maintained to support ongoing business needs.

You will join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers dedicated to tackling challenging computational problems. Creativity, efficient application development, and collaborative solution ideation are core to our approach. Many team members hold advanced degrees or equivalent industry experience.

Deliver quality client services on complex, judgmental, and emerging technologies. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6-10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning
• 2-4 years managing technical teams
• At least 2 years in healthcare domain (payer, provider, or health systems) developing AI solutions
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (OpenAI, open source LLMs, Dall-e, LlamaIndex, Langchain, RAG)
• Experience with ML packages (scikit-learn, Pytorch, ONNX)
• Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps) and Agile tools (Jira)
• Understanding of ML workflows, data ingestion, analysis, transformation, and evaluation
• Experience with MLOps platforms (MLFlow), CI/CD, and test-driven development
• Designing, building, and maintaining ML models and pipelines
• Deploying ML workflows on cloud platforms
• Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software engineering best practices
• Proficiency with SQL, Pandas, Spark
• Ability to communicate findings clearly
• Experience with containerization and scaling models
• Integrating models with downstream systems (reporting, dashboards, AI applications)
• Strong mathematical skills (calculus, linear algebra, statistics)
• Willingness to travel for client engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of and ability to teach AI concepts and tools
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
• Experience with diverse teams and complex solutions
• Skills in languages beyond Python (R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C)
• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models
