The ideal candidate will combine strategic advisory capabilities with hands‑on program leadership, working closely with executive stakeholders to identify high‑value AI opportunities, define transformation roadmaps, build business cases, and lead initiatives through implementation.

This role requires a professional who can advise enterprise leadership on what AI initiatives to pursue and translate that strategy into measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will bridge business and technology teams, challenge technical assumptions, and ensure AI initiatives align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with executive stakeholders and business leaders to identify strategic AI opportunities and business challenges.

• Strong program delivery experience, including leading initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and challenge technical assumptions constructively.
• Understanding of Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and enterprise AI implementation considerations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
