Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning including deep learning and reinforcement learning; proficiency in one or more of LLM, generative/agentic AI, decision science, human-machine teaming, cognitive science, AI testing & evaluation, multi-agent systems, knowledge-based reasoning, automated planning, semantics, ontologies.
• Ability to articulate challenges in high-stakes decision making with AI and identify gaps.
• Strong interest in rapidly learning new problems across domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to lay and expert audiences.
• Ability to work independently to learn new technologies and systems.
• Ability to function as a cross-functional team member.
• Experience with C++ and Python.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance as US citizen.
• Minimum of 3 days per week on-site.
