Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned technical leader to translate AI strategies into scalable assets. You will build prototypes, data workflows, and lightweight tools, partnering with analytics, advisory, and delivery teams to drive value realization.

You will design internal accelerators, dashboards, and automation patterns, aligning KPIs and readiness assessments with business outcomes. Strong cross-functional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in technical architecture, data engineering, automation, analytics engineering, AI solutions, SaaS platforms, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, APIs, cloud services, automation platforms, BI tools.
• Experience building prototypes, internal tools, dashboards, data workflows, scripts or lightweight apps.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, analytics data, automation patterns, and solution design.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into practical technical approaches.
• Understanding of AI, automation, LLMs, analytics, data workflows, and customer experience tech.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business, advisory, and executive audiences.
• Proven ability to partner across strategy, technical, advisory, and delivery teams.
• Judgment on when to prototype, automate, simplify, or pursue formal delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI strategy, analytics, advisory, and delivery teams to translate outcome-led AI methods into scalable assets.
• Design and build tools that support AI opportunity mapping, KPI alignment, readiness assessment, value realization, and health checks.
• Assess feasibility, data availability, integration considerations, and automation opportunities for complex scenarios.
• Translate strategic needs into prototypes, data workflows, proofs-of-concept, and reusable patterns.
• Move teams from manual analysis to repeatable, scalable automated methods.
• Create accelerators, scripts, dashboards, and automation assets to boost team efficiency.
• Develop prototypes linking AI strategy, measurement, and operational data to actionable recommendations.
• Create reusable automation patterns for health checks, KPI trees, value scorecards, readiness assessments, and use-case prioritization.
