We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Specialist to join our team and lead the charge in unlocking the potential of artificial intelligence across our organization. In this role, you will act as a strategic connector between business and technology, driving the adoption and effective use of AI tools and solutions to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities
  • Help teams get the most out of our AI tools—drive engagement, share best practices, and turn great ideas into real, working use cases.
  • Build and nurture a strong internal network of AI champions—get people excited about using AI to work smarter and move faster.
  • Act as a bridge between business and tech—understanding business needs, work with IT to bring solutions to life.
  • Explore, design, and prototype AI-driven solutions that are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with our overall tech architecture.
  • Own the AI use case backlog—track opportunities, prioritize based on value, and help teams get from idea to execution.
  • Work closely with IT and innovation partners to stay ahead of the curve on new AI tools, platform updates, and features.
  • Keep leadership and stakeholders in the loop with clear updates on progress, results, and what’s coming next.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with business-facing AI applications. Comfortable helping non-technical users see the value of AI and use it confidently.
  • Working knowledge of data structure and basic data manipulation—comfortable using SQL to shape data for KPI dashboards.
  • A knack for translating business problems into smart, practical AI solutions.
  • Great communication skills—you can work comfortably across teams and tailor your message to different audiences.
Preferred Experience and Skills
  • 2+ years of progressive work in digital transformation, innovation, or technology-driven change—ideally with some hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions.
  • Experience working with or building custom-trained large language models (LLMs) or intelligent agents.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and DataBricks a plus.
  • Hands-on experience building, publishing, and maintaining KPI dashboards that inform decision-making (e.g. Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with low-code Copilot-style agent builders.

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding certain states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee.

Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
