Job summary

Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC seeks an experienced AI Specialist to design, govern, and scale responsible AI across the enterprise. You will translate business needs into secure AI solutions, build agents and automations, and drive adoption through training and documentation.

The role requires hands-on work with Copilot, Gemini, and Claude, plus knowledge of cloud security, governance, and change management within a distributed enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT experience with hands-on generative AI.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist to help design, administer, govern and scale the responsible use of artificial intelligence across the enterprise. This role will serve as a hands‑on subject matter expert across Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude, with the ability to assess additional platforms as the market evolves. The candidate will translate business needs into secure, supportable AI solutions; build and maintain agents and automations; administer platform controls; develop policy and governance standards; and drive practical adoption through training, documentation and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Training/Adoption - create and distribute training materials to the business, teach best practices and make AI more accessible to users; build on the initial training provider and keep knowledge bases/how-tos updated
• Technical Administration/Development - manage Copilot from the backend, including portal administration, configuration, APIs and Python; build agents and integrations
• User Support - help users with day-to-day AI questions and use cases; support issues directly while also training IT/support teams on how to handle common support issues and questions
• Governance/Policy - help build out AI governance and security policies and best practices around how Copilot and other AI tools are used across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of enterprise IT experience, including meaningful hands‑on experience with generative AI
• Experience administering at least one enterprise generative AI platform and implementing production AI solutions
• Experience building/supporting agents, copilots, chatbots, RAG solutions or AI-enabled workflows
• Knowledge of cloud/SaaS security and AI governance
• Experience working within change management, security/privacy review and production support processes

Preferred:

• Experience with Gemini and Claude/Anthropic
• Experience supporting a geographically distributed, multi-business-unit organization
