We are seeking an AI Solutions Product Owner to lead strategy, development, and delivery of AI-enabled products that create measurable business value.

You will own the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products and internal platforms, collaborating across leadership, engineering, AI specialists, operations, marketing, sales, and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business Tech or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in Product Ownership/PM or similar leadership for SaaS, cloud, data, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of sales/marketing technologies (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Odoo, Zoho CRM).
• Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, requirements, and release planning.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including Generative AI, NLP, recommendations, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and modern software ecosystems.
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering, Responsible AI, governance, and AI product evaluation.
• Experience creating user journeys, customer experiences, and sales funnels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner, Trello, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA security/privacy/compliance.
• Startup/high-growth tech or innovation experience is desirable.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI-powered products and digital platforms.
• Translate customer, business, operational, and compliance needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with objectives and value.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, architecture, operations, security, and business stakeholders on releases.
• Lead discovery activities, customer interviews, market research, experimentation, and validation.
• Define epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation frameworks.
• Design and optimize AI-enabled customer experiences, workflows, and processes.
• Ensure documentation, architecture decisions, and knowledge assets remain accurate and reusable.
• Coordinate release planning, deployment readiness, adoption monitoring, and post-launch improvements.
• Establish acceptance testing standards and validate increments against requirements.
• Embed Responsible AI, security, privacy, transparency, and governance practices.
• Monitor performance, adoption, AI utilization costs, and business outcomes to guide roadmaps.
• Partner with leadership to align investments with strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance frameworks.
