Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI Solutions to lead enterprise AI products and analytics for agentic workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to set the analytics roadmap, define success metrics, and ship impactful AI-enabled products.

The role requires hands-on execution, leadership, and strong communication to align stakeholders with enterprise AI objectives. Hybrid work is encouraged across Operations & Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise AI/data products.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience leading LLM-based agents, agentic workflows, or AI-enabled enterprise products.
• Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver analytics that measure performance, engagement, task completion, quality, reliability, and business impact across internal corporate and DTC agents.
• Translate stakeholder needs into analytics requirements, success metrics, user stories, and instrumentation plans with cross-functional teams.
• Drive the product analytics roadmap aligned with enterprise AI objectives and long-range goals.
• Stay current on AI, LLMs, analytics, experimentation, and observability to improve insights and capabilities.
