Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a curious, organized Product Specialist to support AI-enabled products within the Content Core business. You will partner with product managers, engineers, data professionals, and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear product requirements, documentation, testing, and updates.

You will gain mentorship while building product management, data, and AI skills, working on enterprise data and AI products from discovery through delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ year of experience supporting product development, software delivery, data and analytics, AI, or related technical area.
• Foundational knowledge of data concepts and modern technology environments.
• Ability to follow established processes with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business needs, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data- and AI-enabled products.
• Maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, release notes, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, analytics, design, and business teams to support product activities.
