Job summary

Ascendo AI is seeking an AI Solutions Intern to join the pre-sales team in the United States. You will build prospect-specific company brains from public manuals, design tailored demos, and develop ROI models based on real escalation data.

You will collaborate with Account Executives and forward deployed engineers to move deals forward. You will work with LLMs, retrieval systems, and various data sources, documenting requirements for SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce/ServiceMax, and CMMS environments

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in engineering, CS, data science, biomedical/industrial engineering or related field, or graduated within last 12 months.
• Available for a 16-week commitment of at least 40 hours/week.
• Ability to read service manuals, fault code tables, device logs and explain meanings in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Build prospect-specific company brains from public service manuals and technical documentation.
• Design and deliver demos tailored to customer equipment and systems of record.
• Develop ROI and business-case models using escalation and truck-roll costs.
• Produce competitive teardowns and technical objection-handling material.
• Support discovery calls and proofs of value with Account Executives.
