Job summary

Kem Krest is seeking an AI Solutions Intern to gain hands-on experience developing and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity and automate processes. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational experiences and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather user requirements.
• Document business processes and translate functional requirements into AI-powered solutions.
• Test, validate, and deploy Copilot solutions to internal platforms, including Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Research emerging AI tools, technologies, and industry trends that may drive business value.
• Evaluate ethical AI considerations and contribute recommendations related to governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Analyze business challenges and propose innovative solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Develop and deliver demonstrations, presentations, and training materials for stakeholders.
• Support special projects focused on digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Internship Overview:

The AI Solutions Intern will gain hands-on experience developing and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity, automate business processes, and improve the employee experience across the organization. Working within the IT team, the intern will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and build custom Microsoft Copilot agents that streamline workflows and support business objectives.

This role provides valuable exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot Studio, automation technologies, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and emerging technologies in a modern enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and configure custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational experiences and Microsoft 365 integrations.

• Understanding of business process analysis and solution design methodologies.
• Previous internship, project work, or coursework involving AI, analytics, automation, or software development.
• Gain hands-on experience developing AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Work closely with experienced IT professionals, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
