Job summary

UST is seeking an AI Solutions & Innovation Lead to co-drive the design and adoption of AI-powered solutions. This role includes leading the development of AI and GenAI-driven solutions aligning with UST's Intelligent Automation Platform. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years in AI/ML or related fields, along with strong communication skills.

The position supports a remote work model, ideally from California, and offers a competitive compensation range of $180,000 to $270,000.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in AI/ML, Data Science, Intelligent Automation, or related domains.
• Experience in solutioning and customer-facing innovation roles.
• Proven ability to build PoCs and scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI/ML and GenAI-driven solutions.
• Drive rapid PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs to validate business use cases.
