Job summary
EPAM is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer (Python & Architecture) to support technical enablement initiatives, bootcamps and workshop delivery, accelerating developer adoption of SAP's Golden Path Agentic AI framework within CPIT.
You will deliver code‑first learning experiences, build demos and labs, design workflows and automation, and help productionize AI agents. Occasional travel to deliver sessions onsite will be required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of LangGraph and MLflow experience.
- Proficiency in Python backend development.
- Experience with Databricks, CI/CD, MCP and A2A.
- Familiar with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cline and GitHub Copilot.
- Strong background in AI engineering and software development.
- Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills.
- Comfort facilitating hands-on workshops and bootcamps.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Nice to have: experience designing workflows and automation to improve enablement.

- Strong background in AI engineering and software development
- Excellent technical storytelling and communication skills

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
