Job summary

Kore.ai is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our remote Germany team. You will engage with prospects to demonstrate our AI-driven platform, address objections, and align technical capabilities with business goals. You will collaborate with product, delivery, and data science teams to drive value and win opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in client-facing presales, strong coding with Python/Java/JavaScript, and excellent communication. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in a client-facing sales engineer role.
• Experience participating in the sales cycle at a technology company is required.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to learn new patterns quickly.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Kore.ai value proposition and differentiators.
• Demonstrate Platform features and pre-built Solution products.
• Review architecture, performance, and scalability requirements with clients.
• Collaborate with data scientists and NLU analysts to explain solutions.
• Facilitate and drive use-case workshops with prospects.
• Prepare high-level effort estimates from a ML perspective for engagements.
• Work with product management to influence roadmap and enhancements.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery.
• Develop relationships with prospect and customer technical contacts.
• collaborate with Sales as a technical resource to pursue opportunities.
