Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree required
• Five (5) plus years of experience developing applications in a cloud-based environment (specifically AWS)
• Significant hands-on experience designing and developing AI/Agent-based solutions including developing agents on MCP servers on Amazon Bedrock Agent Core and integrating with LLM provider APIs
• Optimizing AI-based solutions for token efficiency and performance
• Experience integrating data between systems using APIs
• Hands on experience developing solutions using AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code
• Strong understanding of AWS architecture, services, and features
• Experience with Python and JavaScript; PHP, NodeJS, and React are a bonus
• Experience with databases (RDBMS, NoSQL, etc.) is desired
• Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and time management
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship required
