Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to build intelligent, agent-based solutions for finance and accounting clients.

The role partners with clients and internal teams to design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging AI tools and APIs to optimize business processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing applications in a cloud-based environment (AWS).
• Hands-on experience designing and developing AI/Agent-based solutions, including agents on MCP servers on Amazon Bedrock Agent Core and integrating with LLM provider APIs.
• Optimizing AI-based solutions for token efficiency and performance.
• Experience integrating data between systems using APIs.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions using AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code.
• Strong understanding of AWS architecture, services, and features (containers, serverless, security, networking).
• Experience with Python and JavaScript; PHP, NodeJS, and React are a bonus.
• Experience with databases (RDBMS, NoSQL).
• Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Aid in the scope, design, and build applications and infrastructure components for hosting solutions.
• Develop utilities, tools, data fixes, and Sage Intacct page-level customizations to support internal staff and projects.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff, external development vendors, and client teams.
