Job summary

Seneca Resources Company, LLC seeks an AISolutions Developer to develop, implement, and support AI-powered applications, automations, and intelligent workflows across the organization. The role collaborates with business and technical teams to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has software development, automation, and modern AI technologies experience, with a passion for solving business problems through AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in software development, applications support, automation, or related technical roles.
• Experience with APIs, data integration, and modern development tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and automation solutions.
• Build solutions utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and workflow automation tools.
• Create and maintain integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and pilots to validate business use cases.
• Assist with testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional applications.
• Participate in project planning, solution design discussions, and technical reviews.
• Support AI platforms and services used throughout the organization.
• Follow established security, compliance, and governance standards for AI development.
• Assist in troubleshooting application, integration, and AI-related issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts.
• Share knowledge and lessons learned with team members and stakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities

AISolutionDevelopment

• DevelopandmaintainAI-poweredapplications,copilots,chatbots,andautomationsolutions.
• BuildsolutionsutilizingGenerativeAI,LargeLanguageModels(LLMs),Retrieval-AugmentedGeneration(RAG),andworkflowautomationtools.
• Createandmaintainintegrationswithenterpriseapplications,APIs,anddatasources.
• Developproof-of-conceptsandpilotsolutionstovalidatebusinessusecases.
• Assistwithtesting,deployment,monitoring,andcontinuousimprovementofAIsolutions.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology,Engineering,orrelatedfield,orequivalentexperience.
• 3+yearsofexperienceinsoftwaredevelopment,applicationsupport,automation,orrelatedtechnicalroles.
• ExperienceworkingwithAPIs,dataintegration,andmoderndevelopmenttools.
• FamiliaritywithGenerativeAIconcepts,promptengineering,andLLM-basedsolutions.
• Understandingofapplicationsecurityanddataprivacyprinciples.
• Strongproblem-solving,communication,andcollaborationskills.
