We are looking for an AI Solutions Delivery Lead who can help those teams improve how work gets done using practical, secure AI and automation.
The AI Solutions Delivery Lead turns high-value business problems into working solutions that people use. This is a hands-on product and delivery role focused on improving specific workflows, reducing manual effort, and helping teams make faster, better-informed decisions.
Working across Technology and business teams, you will partner directly with process owners and subject matter experts to understand how work is done, define what a useful result looks like, and confirm that the necessary data and system access are available. You will lead delivery in small, testable stages-from an initial prototype through rollout, user adoption, and measurement.
You will coordinate with the people who own relevant platforms, systems, data, and security across Corporate IT, Systems, Network, DCIS/Controls, Cybersecurity, and the business. You will use existing internal capabilities and vendors where appropriate, stay hands-on, and raise blockers early.
Partner with teams in construction, finance, engineering, and operations to identify repetitive, time-consuming, or error-prone work.
Define each use case with a business owner, a clear user need, a baseline, and a measurable target.
Confirm early that required data, system access, and subject matter expertise are available. Surface gaps and dependencies before they become late-stage surprises.
Prioritize a focused portfolio based on business value, feasibility, risk, and time to deliver.
Find time-consuming steps where teams search across records, reconcile information, prepare updates, track actions, or move work between systems.
Build and improve practical internal tools—such as AI-enabled applications, agents, automations, and workflow utilities—that bring relevant information together and help users complete the next step.
Focus on measurable improvements to work such as reviewing invoices or change orders, checking project requirements, tracking materials, resolving exceptions, and preparing operational decisions.
Make tools useful in the actual workflow, with clear outputs, links to source information, visible exceptions, and an identified next action or owner.
Measure whether the full task gets completed faster, with less rework or fewer errors and not just whether the tool produces a response quickly.
Work with users to test, refine, document, and support tools after rollout.
Lead focused AI and automation initiatives from discovery through rollout and ongoing improvement.
Break ambiguous requests into small deliverables that users can test and provide feedback on.
Build prototypes or working solutions directly where practical, and coordinate with internal technology owners or external partners when more support is needed.
Connect solutions to approved enterprise systems and data sources, such as document repositories, ERP and project systems, databases, and collaboration tools.
Make results reviewable and useful in the workflow, including source references, clear exceptions, and human review where needed.
Keep business owners and technology stakeholders informed about scope, data, access, timing, and other delivery risks.
Test solutions with real users and representative data before making claims about accuracy, savings, or readiness.
Establish evaluation methods appropriate to the use case, including accuracy, coverage, time saved, exception detection, and user adoption.
Work with business owners to verify results against source records and agree on what qualifies as a successful outcome.
Ensure business owners and users participate in validation, make timely decisions, and support adoption.
Provide training, documentation, feedback channels, and clear ownership for ongoing support.
Monitor performance after rollout and refine or retire solutions b
