Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Business Analyst – AI Solutions to transform business challenges into AI and automation outcomes. You will combine business analysis with hands-on POC development using AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.

The role involves partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value. You’ll gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into functional prototypes.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and driving process improvements.
• Experience in developing AI or automation proof-of-concepts and prototypes.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (AppSheet or similar).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional AI/automation solutions and prototypes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Translate requirements into AI/automation proofs-of-concept with approved tools.
• Develop functional prototypes and validate solutions with business teams.
