Job summary

Constellation in Warrenville, IL is seeking an entry-level technical professional to support AI-enabled solutions, automation, and data-informed process improvements under supervision.

Stay engaged with engineering, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, test, deploy, and document adoption of AI tools like Copilot and Power BI, aligned with safety and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI concepts including generative AI, LLMs, prompt design, automation, data quality, and model limitations.
• Experience applying AI/automation to business processes and improving efficiency.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field, or equivalent work experience with AI/automation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AI, automation, and engineering solutions comply with safety, regulatory, cybersecurity, data governance, and responsible AI guidance.
• Perform requirements gathering, process mapping, prompt development, configuration, data analysis, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and Power BI reporting.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled tools and Copilot agents to enhance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance teams to deliver secure, maintainable solutions.
• Assist with emergency responses and department coverage as needed.
