Role Overview

KKR’s Insurance business is investing to apply AI more deeply across how we operate, spanning investment, actuarial, ALM, finance, and operations workflows. We are targeting an AI Solutions resource working directly into the business to lead that effort on the ground.

This is a hands‑on, bringing a critical thinking / problem solving skill set along with AI and/or engineering skills. Rather than sit in a central technology function, you will embed alongside the teams who do the work, identify the highest‑value problems AI can solve, and build and ship the tools that solve them, owning the full arc from discovery to production and scale.

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York‑based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance. Base Salary Range $100,000 — $190,000 USD
