Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Manager, Solutions Architecture for Oracle AI Software to lead a team and drive the integration of NVIDIA's AI software stack into Oracle platforms and customer solutions. You will work with Oracle and NVIDIA teams to design architectures for generative AI, inference, and agentic AI, guiding engagements from discovery to production.

You will ensure high-quality delivery, optimize model serving for performance and cost, and communicate complex technical concepts to engineers,

Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in CS/CE/EE or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years in a technical role, with at least 4 years leading people or complex projects.
Strong expertise in generative AI, including LLMs, evaluation, and deployment of open-weight models.
Experience with AI inference, model serving, performance optimization on accelerated infrastructure.
Experience deploying agentic AI applications with retrieval, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation.
Excellent communication and ability to translate business needs into technical strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Solutions Architecture team.
Define architectures and integration strategies for generative AI with Oracle platforms.
Collaborate with Oracle engineering to guide deployment from discovery to production.
Guide technical engagements and measure success across projects.
Optimize model serving for performance, latency, and cost.
Engage with Oracle customers to understand needs and demonstrate value.
Coordinate with NVIDIA teams to align feedback with product priorities.
