Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an AI Consultant in Houston to drive end-to-end AI solutions across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and more. You will prototype, deploy, and scale AI-driven applications using Copilot tools and low-code platforms, collaborating with domain AI Leads and business stakeholders for rapid value delivery.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into practical AI implementations with hands-on execution and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions using Copilot, Copilot Studio, low-code/no-code platforms.
Experience in prompt engineering and rapid application prototyping.
Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
Comfort working across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Field Service, Finance, and Procurement.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end AI use cases from scoping to deployment and adoption.
Build and deploy AI-powered solutions with rapid value delivery.
Enable citizen development with AI-assisted rapid application builds.
Translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions with collaboration from technical teams.
Identify reusable patterns and contribute to the AI roadmap across projects.
Support cross-domain initiatives to ensure consistency and reuse of solutions.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
