Job summary

Lenovo seeks a motivated early-career professional to join our AI Library team as an AI Solution Architect in the Global Future Leaders Program. You will translate business needs into scalable AI solutions and work with engineers, analysts, and sales across a global organization.

You'll gain hands-on experience from discovery to deployment, with cross-functional rotations, leadership development, and mentorship designed to accelerate growth in enterprise AI.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming Bachelor's graduate; Master's degree preferred in computer science, data science, engineering, information systems, or related fields.
• Passion for AI, emerging technologies, and applying solution architecture to real-world business challenges.
• Foundational understanding of AI and data concepts gained through coursework, projects, or internships.
• Exposure to programming and data technologies (Python, SQL, APIs, cloud platforms) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and decompose complex problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working across global teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and analytical tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Lenovo infrastructure, platforms, and services.
• Create reference architectures, solution blueprints, and patterns for common AI use cases.
• Support senior architects in defining components, data flows, integration points, and security.
• Align technical designs with customer requirements and Lenovo standards.
• Contribute to AI Library offerings, ensuring modular, reusable, and scalable solutions.
• Participate in PoCs, solution validation, testing, and performance tuning.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, preparing architecture diagrams and solution overviews.
