Accord Technologies Inc. seeks a Principal Digital Architect to own end-to-end architecture for large scale AI-enabled systems, balancing scalability, performance, security, and rapid delivery.

You will lead architectural decisions, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with business owners to ensure alignment with strategic goals. The role requires deep technical depth, strong communication, and the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into durable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in this capacity.
• This is Architecture position for AI related projects with daily communications with business owners and architecture team in US.
• End-to-end ownership of architecture for complex, scalable systems balancing performance, security, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and define solution and platform architectures for large scale, distributed systems from concept through production.
• Create architecture that meets high standards for scalability, performance, resilience, and security.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, engineering managers, and delivery teams for architectural alignment.
• Assess, select, and introduce new technologies including PoC and spikes.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to engineering teams for high quality implementation.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation with rationale and trade-offs.
• Evolve platform architecture to improve developer productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency.
