Job summary

Livefront is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and implement AI-enabled architectures for diverse client accounts, delivering scalable and maintainable systems. You will lead technical directions, collaborate with clients, and mentor teams while exploring new AI methods.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on secure, ethical AI development. Travel to MN HQ is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in consulting or cross-functional product teams.
• Full-stack development experience in web or native mobile.
• Proficiency with Python/JavaScript, cloud infra, LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Experience with data engineering for AI implementations.
• Ability to design, build, maintain, and scale modern software across platforms.
• Experience designing APIs and writing API specifications.
• Strong ability to articulate technical requirements to engineers and clients.
• High security awareness and risk identification.
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and propose sustainable AI solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams, set technical standards, conduct code reviews, contribute to product vision.
• Lead technical spikes to explore new technologies and methods.
• Design robust architectures and implement them hands-on for scalability.
• Design, develop, and integrate APIs, data pipelines, and end-to-end infrastructure.
• Optimize performance and enable AI models to be useful and maintainable.
• Adapt across projects including API design, real-time support, and DevOps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, frontend, designers, and others.
