Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash seeks an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate AI adoption across engineering and design teams. You will embed with teams to identify high-impact opportunities, take ideas from concept to working proofs of concept, and deliver tools that are production-ready and aligned with QQCW standards.

You will serve as the liaison between Innovation and Digital Products and Platform teams, ensuring AI initiatives are prioritized by ROI, efficiency, and scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in a solutions architect or AI/engineering leadership role.
• Deep familiarity with large language models and generative AI platforms.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven AI Solutions Architect to join our team and accelerate the adoption of AI across our teams within the car wash industry. In this cross-functional role, you will embed with our engineering and design teams to understand their processes and pain points, identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI, and take those ideas from concept through a working proof of concept to a finished tool for the individuals or teams to use. You will serve as the primary liaison between Innovation and our Digital Products and Platform teams, ensuring that validated solutions are productionized quickly and built to our standards. Your work will span AI assisted engineering and design pipelines, business analytics that give our customers and field data a voice in
engineering priorities, and forecasting tools that improve how we plan and deliver projects. This is a solutionfocused role rather than a heads-down development role. Success depends on your ability to pull together
stakeholders, data, tooling, and architecture into a complete picture, and to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners alike. By tying every solution to measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and scale, you will play a central role in shaping how Quick Quack leverages AI as we grow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define success criteria, andtranslate needs into technical solution designs
• Evaluate, select, and recommend AI platforms, foundation models, tools, and vendors based on fit, cost,performance, and risk
• Develop reference architectures, solution blueprints, and technical documentation for AI-enabled systems
• Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept to validate feasibility and business value before full-scale investment
• Partner with digital products engineering teams to productionize validated solutions within QQCW's supported languages, security stack, and standards
• Own the refinement and evolution of existing tools after initial delivery, driving them toward their full potential rather than letting them stall at the framework stage
• Tie solutions to business cases, quantify efficiency gains, quality improvements, and scaling benefits
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and operations teams throughout the solution lifecycle from design through deployment and support
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years in a solutions architect, technical product, software engineering, engineering leadership, or applied AI role
• Deep familiarity with large language models and generative AI platforms (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI)
• Working knowledge of software architecture, APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns; able to design and mock a system end to end
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture patterns
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices including data privacy and model risk
• Strong business mindset; comfortable framing work in terms of ROI, efficiency, and scale
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed and high drive, thrives in ambiguous, loosely defined problem spaces and takes ownership through to completion
• If you are tasked to drive as a part of this role, then it is required that you have a clean driving record and a current Driver's License that is not suspended or expired.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
