AI Solution Architect & Strategist

Hybrid, Phoenix, AZ

Requirements:

Minimum 5-years experience in AI & ML
Should have a Master’s Degree or above
Banking/Financial services background preferred
Should be strong in Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to meet business requirements
Good knowledge in Cloud technologies, AI/ML
Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
Proficient in the use of MS office, MS project, vision and other collaboration tools
Exceptional PowerPoint designing and presentation skills
Experience with Contact center – Nice to have.
Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to tailor and deliver communications to all levels of organizations from project teams to executive leadership
Willingness to take initiative and learn new capabilities on the Job
Willingness to maintain flexible work schedules. This role will require collaborating with stakeholders in different time zones.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic recommendation to drive business growth and improvement
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
Participate in vendor evaluations and selection process for CCaaS and AI solutions
Strong in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions to meet business requirements
Ensure solution aligns with organizational technology strategy
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
Participation in stakeholder interviews and documentation of business and technical requirements
Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
