Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an AI Agent Designer to shape the next generation of AI-enabled work across the enterprise. You will design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows, create agent blueprints, and lead discovery workshops with business and technology leaders to translate challenges into scalable solutions.

In this global role, you’ll evaluate emerging AI technologies, collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations and Finance, and help define future-state ways of working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, solution design, or related role.
• Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leaders.
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data-driven technologies.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or AI product development.
