Job summary

Bristlecone is seeking a visionary AI Solution Architect to lead the digital transformation of enterprise supply chains using AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI. You will blend deep AI engineering expertise with a consulting mindset, identify high-value opportunities, and translate them into production-ready enterprise AI solutions.

The role blends strategic architecture, hands-on prototyping, and stakeholder management, with travel within the United States as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI opportunities across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and logistics processes.
• Design AI solutions translating business requirements into agents, workflows, ML models, and decision intelligence capabilities.
• Rapidly develop PoCs and prototypes using modern AI frameworks to validate value and technical feasibility.
• Define end-to-end solution architecture covering AI models, data pipelines, integrations, APIs, orchestration, security, and deployment.
• Evaluate AI technologies, LLMs, ML techniques, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and cloud platforms for each use case.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare detailed functional and technical solution specifications for production implementation.
• Build reusable AI assets, accelerators, reference architectures, and Agent catalogs for reuse across engagements.
• Support customer workshops, discovery sessions, and presales by presenting AI concepts, prototypes, architecture, and business value.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, Agentic AI frameworks, enterprise platforms, and supply chain innovations to continuously enhance offerings.
• Act as a trusted AI advisor by combining business process knowledge with AI engineering to deliver scalable, production-ready enterprise AI solutions.
