Job summary

T-Rex Solutions seeks an experienced AI Solution Architect to own technical solution design and proposal support for Federal opportunities. You will build end-to-end AI/ML solutions, craft POCs, and lead demonstrations to close deals.

You will collaborate with BD, engineering, and customer teams, delivering measurable outcomes while aligning with cloud environments and security requirements across multiple federal clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments (deployment, monitoring, optimization).
• Experience translating business problems into AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Technical writing experience in proposals and white papers.
• Experience working with Federal customers/agencies (DOD, FedCiv, Intel, etc).
• 10+ years of professional experience in a technical role with client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored end-to-end AI/ML solutions to address client needs.
• Lead technical solutioning for proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Design, implement, and support AI/ML-driven solutions including generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation workflows.
• Advise customers on AI solution architectures, model selection, data readiness, and cloud integration.
• Develop POCs showcasing AI capabilities such as LLMs, chatbots, intelligent search, and automated decision systems.
• Craft responses to RFPs/RFIs from prospects and customers.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations for potential customers and partners (virtually and in-person).
• Offer in-depth technical support to the business development team and clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Assess customers' technical challenges and devise customized selling strategies.
• Create and present internal AI solution materials for stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate with clients to identify problems and propose appropriate solutions.
• Analyze competing products and provide insights to marketing and development teams.
• Generate, qualify, manage, and provide technical assistance to facilitate deal closures.
