Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a senior AI/ML architect to lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions across our data governance, AI, and application layers. You will drive model evaluation, post-training optimization, and the development of EisnerAI agents such as TaxPrepBot and ComplianceRiskBot.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, ensure governance and responsible AI practices, and mentor engineers in Azure cloud services, MLOps, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in AI/ML architecture role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive integration across platform layers: Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents, and Applications.
• Lead model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents.
• Oversee development of EisnerAI Agents such as TaxPrepBot, ComplianceRiskBot, DocIntake, and M&A Targeting Bot.
• Design agentic frameworks for initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling.
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices.

What Work You Will be Responsible For

• Ensure seamless integration across the platform's Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents and Application layers.
• Drive model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents
• Lead technical development of the EisnerAI Agent Workforce such as TaxPrepBot, ComplianceRiskBot, DocIntake, and M&A Targeting Bot
• Design agentic frameworks supporting initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
• 6+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in AI/ML architecture role
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutions

• Master's degree preferred (Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus)
• Microsoft Azure AI Foundry: Deep expertise in Azure AI services ecosystem
• Azure Machine Learning: MLOps, model deployment, and lifecycle management
• Azure OpenAI Service: GPT models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Azure Cognitive Services: Document Intelligence, Language Understanding, and Computer Vision
• Azure AI Search: Vector search, semantic search, and knowledge mining
• Azure Databricks: Data engineering and ML model development
• Programming Languages: Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL
• AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers
• Vector Databases: Azure Cosmos DB, Pinecone, or Weaviate
• DevOps & MLOps: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
