Job summary

EisnerAmper LLP is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to deploy, operate, and improve enterprise AI capabilities with a focus on MLOps and AIOps across tax, audit, and advisory contexts. Based onsite in Iselin, NJ, you’ll build pipelines and controls for compliant change management, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support AI use cases.

You will work with Azure ML, Synapse, and Data Lake, ensuring secure, observable deployments with structured rollouts and governance.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in MLOps and/or AIOps
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Consulting experience with a bias for action
• Workflow design experience including prompt flow, automation pipelines, and human‑in‑the‑loop systems
• Post‑training techniques such as fine‑tuning, instruction tuning, RLHF, and domain adaptation
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, App Insights, Log Analytics, Key Vault, and Managed Identity integration
• Experience with inference performance testing and profiling tools (locust, K6)
• Model evaluation skills including performance metrics, benchmarks, and A/B testing frameworks
• Understanding of model observability, telemetry, and incident response for AI systems

Responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor AI models on Azure with telemetry to track performance, drift, and availability
• Coordinate model upgrades across APIs and UIs with structured rollout, version control, and rollback support
• Improve inference and pipeline performance and reduce cost through testing, profiling, and tuning
• Build MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, including lifecycle management using Azure ML and GitHub Actions
• Apply compliant change management to AI deployments ensuring auditability, security, and governance

This role focuses on MLOps and AIOps practices that keep machine learning deployments reliable, scalable, cost-aware, secure, observable, and governed across internal and client-facing solutions.

Working onsite in Iselin, NJ, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI use cases spanning tax, audit, and advisory environments, while building the pipelines and controls needed for compliant change management.

What you’ll do

• Deploy and monitor AI models on Azure, using telemetry to track performance, drift, and availability.
• Coordinate model upgrades across APIs and UIs with structured rollout, version control, and rollback support.

What you bring

• 5-7+ years of experience in MLOps and/or AIOps, ideally in an Azure environment with hands‑on work involving Azure ML, Synapse, Data Lake, App Services, Cosmos DB, and Azure AI Foundry.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
