Qualifications

• Proven track record in solving complex performance bottlenecks at scale.
• Deep expertise in AI hardware architecture and software optimization.
• Ability to map model architectures to low-level software.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision and roadmap for workload optimization across the AI software stack.
• Lead profiling, analysis, and tuning of large-scale models to ensure peak performance on AMD hardware.
• Engage with top customers to tailor architectural wins and optimizations across multi-node environments.
• Collaborate across hardware, compiler, and framework teams to influence future silicon features.
• Drive development of tools and frameworks for performance estimation and automated reporting.
• Mentor and inspire AMD's next generation of technical leaders.
