PMG is hiring an AI & Software Engineering Manager to lead a team building the Alli platform. You will shape the technical vision, balance innovation with business needs, and mentor engineers.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience with OO programming.
• 2+ years of cloud experience (AWS, GCP or equivalent).
• Experience balancing hands-on work with mentorship of engineers.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, LangChain).
• Strong RESTful API design, architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud deployments for reliability.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent cross-team communication aligning engineering with business goals.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to define the technical vision and balance innovation with business needs. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the design, development, and deployment of innovative, scalable features within the Alli suite of applications.
• Drafting and implementing architectural designs to produce reliable, complex, and highly scalable technical solutions.
• Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions that improve performance and drive business outcomes.
• Building scalable products that drive measurable results for our clients.
• Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers and promoting development best practices.
• Conducting coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across the application development lifecycle.
• Conducting code reviews and providing fellow frontend engineers critical feedback to ensure high-quality, maintainable code across Alli.
• Pioneering development in state-of-the-art technologies that transform the marketing technology space.

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of software development experience with object-oriented programming, delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms, including deploying and managing applications in cloud environments.
• Proven ability to balance hands-on development with mentorihng/training other engineers, ensuring team success.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and platforms like Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, or LangChain.
• Strong expertise in RESTful API design, system architecture, and SOLID engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application management.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering real-world impact and continuous improvement.
• A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customer-focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
• A dedication to people-focused leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by leading by example and nurturing strong relationships that empower others to excel.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic insights to client teams, leveraging expertise in media, technology, and emerging trends.
• Experience in a client-facing role, providing both technical advice and strategic insights to help clients achieve their goals

Nice To Have Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or advertising technology and its intersection with engineering solutions.
• AWS Solutions Architect - Professional certification;
• Prior experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs);
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible to streamline deployment processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Kafka.
