Qualifications

• Proven experience shipping AI/ML applications in production.
• Strong background in full‑stack development for AI systems.
• Hands‑on with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and context management.
• Experience building scalable services and data pipelines for enterprise use.
• Familiarity with vector DBs and semantic search techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge bases.
• Integrate with GPT‑4, Claude, Gemini for accurate responses.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks.
• Create agent systems with tool integration to complete complex tasks.
• Implement vector search using Pinecone/Weaviate for retrieval.
• Build backend services with Python/FastAPI and secure APIs.
• Develop frontend with React/Next.js and real‑time LLM streaming.
• Optimize database schemas for high‑throughput AI workloads.
