This role emphasizes full-stack capabilities, responsible for backend services in Python/FastAPI and frontend in React/Next.js, plus cloud, containers, and observability tooling to ensure performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience building production AI applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience with Python and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge bases.
• Integrate with leading LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) for contextual responses.
• Develop prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks for high-quality AI outputs.
• Create agent systems with tool integration to autonomously complete tasks.
• Implement vector search solutions for semantic retrieval across datasets.
• Build scalable backend services with Python/FastAPI and secure APIs.
• Develop frontend apps using React/Next.js with real-time LLM streaming.
• Design databases across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for high-throughput workloads.
• Set up WebSocket servers and event-driven architectures for real-time UX.
• Create comprehensive testing strategies: unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Deploy and manage ML/AI services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Monitor systems using Datadog and Prometheus/Grafana; use LangSmith and Weights & Biases for experimentation.
